Pascoe Vale Rd Family Clinic welcomes your telephone enquiries.  Telephone calls to doctors are directly put through to the doctor in an emergency, at all other times our friendly staff will take a message and forward it to the doctor for follow up.

Interpreters
If you require an interpreter the reception staff will call the Translating and Interpreter Service (TIS) when you arrive at the clinic for over the phone assistance. If you require an onsite interpreter you are able to bring a family member of friend into the consultation or we can arrange an onsite interpreter with some notice.At  Pascoe Vale Rd Family Clinic we have doctors that speak languages other than English.

Recall and Reminder Systems
Pascoe Vale Rd Family Clinic staff recalls all patients for abnormal test results or if the doctor wishes to discuss test results with you.  The practice has a policy of not giving test results over the telephone.Pascoe Vale Rd Family Clinic offers our patients a reminder service for example, but no limited to pap smears, immunisations, blood tests, blood pressure checks and skin assessments.
Repeat Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions will not be written without a consultation.  A consultation is needed to review your condition and medication.
